1. 14-Day Free Trial
We provide a 14-day free trial on all plans so you can thoroughly test mailbox creation, client configuration, policy engines, and platform features before committing.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the customer billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
3. Refund Inquiries
If you experience technical issues that our engineering team is unable to resolve within 7 days of paid service activation, contact billing@meens.in for a prorated refund review.
