When you register for a MEENS account, we collect business contact information (name, business email, organization name, phone number, and GSTIN where applicable). We process email transmission data strictly for delivering mail and enforcing security policies.
2. Zero Third-Party Advertising Profiling
We do not scan your mailbox contents or CRM records for advertising profiling. Your emails, attachments, employee attendance logs, and inventory data belong strictly to your organization.
3. Data Security & Cryptography
Mailbox passwords are encrypted via Argon2/bcrypt hashes. Transport protocols enforce TLS encryption. Data is stored on dedicated MEENS Mail Platform VPS clusters with automated backup routines.
